Bye Summer....Favorite Products Used....

WOW, unbelievable that summer is almost over :(  :)

We have had crazy days but I'm so happy to  welcome the FALL with the following products that also helped me survive the heat.

Foundation:
Neutrogena Health Skin Liquid Foundation
I bought this foundation in April/May but began using it in June and I LOVE it.  It's a great product and works great on dry skin.  This product is light weight, has SPF20 so it protects the skin and blend of antioxidants so it makes your skin look beautiful and healthy.  I would describe this medium to full coverage.  It can be purchased at your local drug store for about $13.99 (also @ Target, Ulta and online websites).

I like to use my beauty blender - WET - if you don't have a beauty blender use a large non-latex sponge.  It works just as good.

Revlon's Photoready Airbrush Mousse Foundation.
This product is FULL coverage with a satin finish and exclusive air-whipped formula with photochromatic pigments that bend reflect light. I'm a HUGE FAN of this product.  It can be purchased at your local drug store for about $13.99 (also @ Target, Ulta and online websites).

I like to use my beauty blender - WET - if you don't have a beauty blender use a large non-latex sponge or a buffing brush.

Amazonian clay 12-hour full coverage foundation SPF 15
I just recently purchased this product during the Tarte 30% Friends & Family sale a few weeks ago.
* I will do a full review with swatches soon. *
This is a light weight foundation that gives a flawless finish and works on any skin type.  I feel it's more a medium than full coverage but overall it's a GREAT product.  The foundation costs $38.00 and can be purchased at Tarte.com and Sephora.

I like to apply using my Sigma Flat Kabuki F80 brush.

Benefit SPF 15 YOUREBEL Tinted Moisturizer
This is NOT a foundation, but I'm including it in this section because I like to use it as a replacement.  During REALLY HUMID/HOT DAYS, I will put this on all over my face using my hands.  Then take a damp large non latex sponge and tap it on my face followed with concealer to cover up any unwelcoming areas.  Last, apply powder and blush and ready 2 go.  I like this product because it has a slight tint that gives your skin moisture, SPF protection and it contains antioxidants, aloe vera, and allantoin for soft skin all year long.   This retail for $30.00 and can be purchased at Macy's, Sephora and Ulta.

Concealer:
M·A·C Studio Finish SPF 35 Concealer
I like to use this concealer because it's light weight,  has SPF 35 so it protects the skin, it's creamy so it glides right on (best use is when you 'warm up' the product') and it's full coverage.  It retails for $18 and can be purchased at MAC store, MAC online and Nordstrom.

Eve Pearl Dual Salmon Concealer & Treatment
I love Eve Pearl Cosmetics, but if there is only one product I can chose it will be this awesome concealer.  I'm always bragging about this :) and HIGHLY recommend it.  I like the Duo especially during the summer because we all tan so this contains your skin tone color (my color is MEDIUM on the left hand) and a bit darker color (other side is TAN on the right hand) = 2 n 1 compact.  This is FULL coverage, creamy, water and oil free and works great on all skin tones.  Besides being a good concealer, it's a great treatment that nourishes your skin due to having Astaxanthin, which is 500 times stronger than Vitamin E, hydrates & protects from sun damage.

It retails at $37.00 and can be purchased at EvePearl.com, Eve Pearl Store, Alcone, Cameraready.com and Naimies.com

Moisturizer/Primer:

Cover FX Skin Prep FX Priming Serum
This product is AMAZING!!!!!  So basically this works as a Skin Prep/Primer and can be used on any skin type - best for sensitive and dry.  It's an anti-aging serum that hydrates the skin, smooths the appearance of pores & fine lines.  It can also be used under makeup or alone (great at night after cleansing your skin) and a small bit goes a long way (not too much product).  It feels like VELVET and doesn't have a scent.  Retails at $45.00 and can be purchased at Sephora and Naimies.

**I like to use this with my Tarte foundation**

Hybrids® Skin Perfecting Primer Dewy Finish
I have never seen such a DEWY primer as this one.  I was very skeptical at first but thankfully was able to get a sample at Sephora (you got to love Sephora :)  A small portion goes a long way so this product will last you a long time.  I really like the texture and the glow it gives to the skin due to the minerals and it's oil-free.  It retails at $35.00 and can be purchased at Sephora, Ulta and murad.com.

DDF Ultra Lite Oil Free Moisturizing Dew SPF 15
During the humid & hot days, I dread to put anything on my face so I knew I wanted to get a moisturizer that will be ultra light and this products was just that.  Again, it works best on all skin types including acne-prone skin, ingredients include - aloe vera, vitamins A, E and C and grapeseed for comfortable hydration, which will not clog pores & lanolin-free.  This retails for $40.00 and can be purchased at Sephora, DDF.com and Nordstrom.

EYES:
Revlon ColorStay 16 Hour Eye Shadow
I LOVE these 4 eyeshadow quads from Revlon.  The colors are very vibrant and does last a long time.  There are 7 different quads assorted with beautiful colors.

Maybelline Eyes Studio Color Tattoo 24Hr Cream Gel Shadow
Great job Maybelline - this product is by far one of thee best!!!  There are 10 shades, long lasting, creamy & vibrant colors.

Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner
Another GREAT product from Maybelline.  I like it so much that I've ditched all my other gel liners.  It comes in 4 different shades.  What I like so much of this product is that it's great on sensitive eyes, contacts lens, smudge-proof and waterproof. It's also super creamy and very easy to work with.

MAC - SHOP MAC Palette in 'Call Me Bubbles'
I have been using more this quad especially the burnt orange as an eyeshadow and blush - LOVE.

NYX Jumbo Pencil 'Milk'
I love to use as a base on my eyes.  If you have oily lids, I highly suggest to use a primer.  You only need to apply very little and spread it on the eye using your finger. It also works very well on the waterline.

Too Faced Shadow Insurance Primer
This is my everyday go to product and can never go without it.  It's great especially for those tearing eyes - nothing is passing this sucker.

Very Pretty and long lasting red.

Armour 'Lucy'
My all time favorite lipgloss and color in orange

Kat Von D Everlasting Love Liquid Lipstick
