Three homes down from mine a tree had fallen on a neighbor's lawn. Thankfully, no one was injured or hurt. Sadly, three blocks from mine a 29 year old man lost his life when a tree fell into his home and strut him.

My family from Rockaway Park took these pictures of what's left of Rockaway Beach....so sad :(
On Halloween, New York City was still dealing with no power and heat in some areas, limited transit services and over crowded buses. In my neighborhood, we had many large trees and electric wires down. I wanted to make the best Halloween I could for my boys so I took them trick-o-treating in Brooklyn an area that didn't get hit too hard. My oldest son wasn't too happy but they had fun. Due to the storm, I didn't get my costume so I created my own.

I continue to pray to all the families who are still struggling and have loss a loved one.
I was happy to help and donate clothes and coats to the families in the Rockaway residence.
